This is the dish to prepare for an impressive lunch with the family on Sunday or during Christmas.

Does Meatloaf Fit the Keto Diet?


First off, is meatloaf permissible on the keto diet?
With only 2.5g of net carbohydrates per slice, my low-carb meatloaf is actually quite low in carbohydrates. It is the ideal complement to your food plan because of this.
